Partner Dashboard#

The Partner Dashboard is a self-serve view inside the GoCardless dashboard that lets you monitor your integration, see how your merchants are performing, and debug payment issues.

Getting access#

You'll need to be part of an organisation with a live or sandbox partner app to access the Partner Dashboard.

  1. Go to manage.gocardless.com
  2. Click "Switch to Partner View" in the side nav

If you don't see the option, ask your GoCardless admin to invite you via Settings > Team.

What you can do#

  • View integration-wide metrics: payment volume, failure rate, active and connected merchant counts
  • See every merchant connected via your OAuth integration, their verification status, and activity
  • Drill into a merchant to view their payers, payments, and payouts
  • Check the full timeline and webhook delivery status for any payment, and retry a failed webhook in one click
  • View and update your app's OAuth and webhook configuration in App details
